Welcome to the astrological new year! It’s Aries season and Mercury retrograde ends today as well. In celebration of both astrological events, I am sharing the Embodied Astrology Forecast that Renee Sills of Embodied Astrology and I recorded for the 2025 Dark Night of the Soul broadcast (the full broadcast will be shared later).

Grad School Update
I am in my final weeks of my graduate school journey and I have been experiencing a cocktail of emotions. I am excited for the celebrations that culminate this amazing journey. I am saddened by the thought of leaving one of my hometowns and the Phoenix Valley art scene. And, I am thrilled to return back to NYC this summer to reconnect with my NYC community. All of these emotions are wrapped in a wealth of gratitude for this graduate school journey, my family and friends who made so many memories I’ll always cherish, and for the most gorgeous sunsrises and sunsest that reminded me of who sweet life can be.
I defend my thesis on Tuesday, March 24th at 10am PST/AZ time and graduate May 11th!

ASU Spring Dance Fest
April 24 - 26, 2026
This will be my last official performance on stage at ASU as a graduate student. Tom Bullard, Cherish Hayes, and Domo Brown and I will perform SATURN: Chapter One again, offering one more time to catch this performance in the theater. Pull up, come through, and enjoy a great show full of amazing piece choreographed by students in the Dance Department and guest artists Akosua Akoto and Joan Rodriguez.
Arts in the Parks

We will perform SATURN: Chapter One again but this time, we will be performing outside in the two of Tempe’s beautiful parks alongside some of the Phoenix Valley’s most amazing dance artists and collectve Alicia Nascimento Castro & Alyssa Johnson, Sankofa Dance Ensemble, and Arizona Repertory Ballet.
